Linyi Weichang Wood Industry has long attached great importance to technological accumulation. In 2017, we completed process innovation targeting prevalent industry-wide challenges, offering replicable practical solutions for the sector.

Previously, uneven moisture distribution after hot pressing of three-ply boards was a common issue restricting production efficiency and product stability. After in-depth research and repeated trials, our technical team took the lead in installing steel wire mesh moisture removal systems on hot press platens to replace the traditional drying process.

Following the adoption of this technology, production efficiency saw remarkable improvement. In 2018, the company’s daily output of three-ply boards rose from 4,000 pieces to 10,000 pieces, while energy consumption was rationally regulated. This moisture removal process has since been gradually popularized across the industry, sharing valuable experience to drive overall efficiency growth for the whole sector.
