It is a modern plywood enterprise integrating research & development, production and sales. The company originated from Weichang Wood Panel Factory in Lanshan District, Linyi, founded in 2009, and was officially restructured and renamed in June 2017. With over a decade of intensive development, we have grown from a small processing plant into a prominent industry player with more than 100 employees, a site area of over 10,000 square meters, and a daily plywood output of 15,000 pieces.

Starting from 2011, the company’s core management team immersed themselves in frontline production and operation management. Equipped with in-depth industry insights and a pragmatic work ethic, they took over the business and completed corporate transformation and upgrading in 2017. In 2017, addressing the widespread industry challenge of uneven moisture content after hot pressing for three-ply boards, our company took the lead in installing steel wire mesh moisture removal systems on hot press platens, successfully replacing conventional drying procedures. This groundbreaking innovation greatly boosted production efficiency and enabled our daily output to jump from 4,000 pieces to 10,000 pieces in 2018. This moisture removal technique was later popularized and adopted as an industry standard.

Continuous Innovation to Resolve Clients’ Pain Points

In 2019, our technical team reached new heights by developing and applying a novel halogen compound coating process, which fundamentally eliminates blistering during lamination between three-ply boards and impregnated paper. By accelerating the curing of base adhesive in hot pressing, this technology drastically improves surface finish and structural stability of panels, winning wide market recognition.

Cost Reduction, Efficiency Improvement & Intelligent Eco-Manufacturing

In 2023, we achieved a major breakthrough in new material application. Our independently developed composite formula, mainly composed of sodium-based and calcium-based bentonite compounded with cassava starch, sodium cellulose and other ingredients, replaces more than 50% of wheat flour traditionally used in three-ply board production. Without compromising bonding strength, this innovation cuts auxiliary material costs by half, greatly enhances the waterproof performance of panels, and delivers dual improvements in economic benefits and product performance.

By the end of 2023, we employed over 100 staff across our 10,000-square-meter production campus, with a daily output of 15,000 pieces of various plywood products.
